Management Focus on Teamwork.

Analyze Phase
Our team approach ensures client visibility, control, and daily access to HP Solutions project managers. It also maximizes the synergies in our team.

Our belief of an “Exceptional Learning Philosophy” integrates customer’s mission, values, business practices and regulations with industry best practices and a strong performance support and engagement (learning) model.

We focus on learner sharing and experiencing, facilitative training, role-modeling, and performance/outcome practice, that provides return on learning (ROL) through improved business results, staff retention, legacy leadership and improved morale.

“Our Methodology”
Discovery Process/Analyze Phase

We commence each project with a kickoff meeting that provides an opportunity to introduce staff and explain roles. Everyone shares ideas and expectations. The meeting will set the tone and assure a common understanding of requirements and objectives for successful project implementation.

The discovery process begins during the Analyze phase. We conduct a rigorous discovery process to glean business objectives, work processes, and training requirements. Stakeholders, subject matter experts (SME’s), and other identified contacts will be invited to participant in a needs assessment and knowledge sharing process.

HP Solutions staff evaluate requirements, make recommendations, evaluate customer needs to ensure they are met. This information is shared and discussed with the client and serves as a quality checkpoint opportunity.

Our assessment of training requirements at the outset serves to increase our knowledge of the workplace culture, to identify customer nuances and preferences, to initiate the change management process by informally introducing some of the project intentions and project staff, to provide two-way communication, and to initiate support and buy-in.

We are versed in change management and communication processes. We build actions and processes into each project phase. We know that our success is dependent on our customer’s success in improved job performance, increased staff engagement, and acceptance of the new work effort.

Instructional System Design
The HP Solutions team’s Instructional Systems Design (ISD) approach uses the long-standing ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implement, and Evaluate) model as its basis. We enhance the model with the inclusion of sustainment/maintenance efforts.

Our ISD approach systematically transfers principals, concepts and best practices of learning and instruction into action plans. This model parallels business systems development models of assess, design, build, test, deploy/implement, and sustain that we use for other business processes.
